Meet the Staff at Stephens Plastic Surgery
Lori – Practice Manager / Patient Care Coordinator
Lori is our outstanding practice manager and patient care coordinator. She brings with her over 25 years of medical and cosmetic surgery experience.
Lori’s education in the field of Fine Arts allows her particular insight into the aesthetic art of plastic surgery. A native of Seattle, she will attest that the men and women in the Pacific Northwest have a natural glow and are considered one of the top ten most beautiful people in the country.
Lori works closely with Dr. Stephens in providing an abundance of information and knowledge of our procedures, pricing options, general questions, and surgical availability. Her sincere and warm personality puts everyone at ease. She will help make your experience and decision-making process comfortable, enjoyable, and educational.

Denise – Clinical Nurse Manager
Clinical Nurse Manager, Denise, has been a Registered Nurse for nearly 20 years and began working in the plastic surgery and aesthetics industry 7 years ago. Not only does she expertly manage every aspect of our Ambulatory Surgery Center from accreditation to the day-to-day surgical details, but she also provides pre- and post-operative care to our surgical patients. While passionate about educating and caring for each and every patient, she loves following them through their surgical journey from their pre-operative appointment to their final post-operative visit.
A busy wife and mom, Denise enjoys spending time with her family, working out, traveling, and cheering on the Seahawks.
Maria – Certified Surgical Technologist / Clinical Assistant
Maria worked in two local hospitals before she joined Dr. Stephens’ practice in 1999. She emigrated from Poland in 1992 with her two daughters, Marta and Natalie—that is why she has a thick Polish accent! But that does not stop her from talking. Now, she has four grandkids who she loves very much.
She is a very happy, outgoing, and positive person. She loves people, is kind, caring, and detail-oriented. You may see her on clinic days, assisting in the operating room, helping with post-operative visits, or assisting with injections. Our patients love Maria!
Rosemary – Registered Nurse Injector
Rosemary has been a Registered Nurse working in the fields of Surgical and Emergency nursing since 2005. After almost a decade, Rosemary began training in the field of aesthetic nursing and later joined Dr. Stephens’ office at Stephens Plastic Surgery in 2015. Working directly under the expertise of Dr. Stephens, Rosemary continued to advance her skill and injection practice.
Rosemary divides her time at the office between managing surgical care at our ambulatory surgery center and treating patients with BOTOX® Cosmetic, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments. Rosemary is passionate about the importance of integrating facial assessment with each client’s personal goals and lifestyle to provide an individualized treatment of facial rejuvenation and maintenance.

Marina – Licensed Medical Aesthetician
As a Licensed Medical Aesthetician, Marina brings years of experience in the plastic surgery setting providing peerless, hands-on, individualized care to not only rejuvenate and improve the quality of your skin but to restore your skin to a naturally healthy condition.
Marina provides introductory and advanced skin care treatments with our state-of-the-art equipment using BroadBand Light™ (BBL), Halo™ Hybrid Fractional Laser, microneedling, laser hair removal, chemical peels, SkinTyte II™, HydraFacial®, and much more to help you diminish unwanted pigmentation and fine lines as well as renew the skin.
Raynie – Registered Nurse | Clinical Care
Raynie is one of our clinical registered nurses and provides outstanding patient care both in and out of the operating room. With a background in labor and delivery she exudes a calm, soothing and comforting demeanor and thoroughly enjoys every aspect of helping each patient through their surgical journey.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her closeknit family, coaching gymnastics, running, biking, scuba diving and anything behind a boat. She also has a deep love of rocks, especially amethyst geodes.
